He is enthusiastic about helping his patients maintain their health, great quality of life, and independence.  He believes wholeheartedly in the importance of fostering an excellent physician-patient relationship and is a keen advocate for his patients.  Through comprehensive geriatric assessment, Dr. Chock aims to empower his patients to help them develop an understanding of their health and life circumstances and to enable them to live well.

Having completed his medical degree from The University of Melbourne, Dr. Chock subsequently completed his specialist training at St Vincent’s Hospital, Alfred Health, and Eastern Health in the field of geriatrics.  He also has a Clinical Diploma in Palliative Medicine obtained through further training at Cabrini Hospital. 

Throughout his years of training, he has accumulated extensive experience in caring for patients in a wide variety of settings and is a well-rounded geriatrician.  He is passionate about general aged care, cognitive impairment and dementia, falls, continence, frailty, polypharmacy, community care (home-based and residential aged care facilities), palliative care, aged psychiatry, orthogeriatric, and complex disease management.
